Behavior and Motivation is designed as a platform for me to do what I do best; help people see things differently so they can feel better about themselves and their lives. I want you to understand how behavior impacts your motivation and how to use this knowledge to adjust your thinking. If you have any extreme issues that require (or may require) support from a psychiatrist or a Licensed Clinical Therapist, (and I am not either of these), I encourage you to seek their professional help.
