Behavior and Motivation is designed as a platform for me to do what I do best; help people see things differently so they can feel better about themselves and their lives. I want you to understand how behavior impacts your motivation and how to use this knowledge to adjust your thinking. If you have any extreme issues that require (or may require) support from a psychiatrist or a Licensed Clinical Therapist, (and I am not either of these), I encourage you to seek their professional help.
It is important that you understand that everything I write is only my opinion. You accept full responsibility if you use any of my suggestions, tips, advice or in any way follow or use any information that I write on this blog. Further, use of any guidance or information on this blog does not, in any way, constitute a professional partnership or relationship between us. I am not your doctor, psychiatrist, therapist, or counselor.
I write what I’m passionate about sharing. I strive to write as accurately as possible on any topic I cover on the blog and in the newsletter, but occasionally, I may get some details wrong. There’s no need to freak out about it. If you find any errors, please contact me, tell me of the error and include supporting links and I may update the information. I will never intentionally include false information…my goal is to help you. I would never intentionally harm you in any way.
No matter what you read here, it is important that you, above all, use common sense. Don’t use any tips, suggestions or strategies that don’t feel right to you. Read everything I write with your brain in critical-reasoning mode. Use what you think will work for you and disregard what you think won’t. Personally, I think the information I’m providing totally rocks, but do with it what you will. 🙂
Best wishes for a long and happier life!
